As The Range Of Diversity Is Broad In The Term "Study", AND Since Considerable Components within repository management, Could Extend into  field of configuration management by some itellectual streams of concern and non-concern , both having fluxuations in mind set of reliability and dependability for the open public and witrhin reasonable means of the LIbrary; time, individual people, group and orginasation, and other factors including purpose and need of both the people and or the municipality(Library/City/County/govt...etc, etc, ...,  and all that share some diversity, these collectively or on occasions may require some immediate active skill requiered by the situation for reservation (even if policy is by  reservation only).

Some General Management And Human Resources Management may have already considered or requier periodic activities analyses that will accumulate and add experience gains to both staff members and those of the public to whom it may just come to mind. The unity and consistence of these are important growth factors of the mind  that are by the body of Lbrary staff controlled and nurtured.

The nurture and control simply by having the skilled and knowledgable staff that individually have the freedom also to some portions of descisions in the setting of reservations, all of that again "at" the  acceptance, abatement, or decline of a reservation.

1. The Latin and English form of a Greek preposition, used as a prefix to signify down, downward, under, against, contrary or opposed to, wholly, completely; as in cataclysm, catarrh. It sometimes drops the final vowel, as in catoptric; and is sometimes changed to cath, as in cathartic, catholic.

Abstract:
Contemporary epistemologists assume a view I call ‘comparabilism.’ They do not, however, argue for this view. I claim that noncomparabilism is a viable alternative. I further argue that noncomparabilism has advantages over comparabilism. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
